Prime Minister’s wife Anna Hakobyan watched the Armenian-French dance performance The Color of Pomegranate at the Spendiaryan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet.
Present were also Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Culture, Education, Science and Sport (CESS), National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan’s wife Mariam Margaryan, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan’s wife Anna Grigoryan.
The dance performance The Color of Pomegranate is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Sergey Parajanov. The authors aspired to combine traditional and modern Armenian dance and music.
The event was funded by the CESS Ministry, Yerevan Municipality, Lyon Metropolis, French Embassy in Armenia, and the Armenian Consulate in Lyon.
