Prime Minister’s wife Anna Hakobyan participated in the opening ceremony of the Yerevan Fashion Week. The event was also attended by ESCS Minister Zhanna Andreasyan; Deputy Minister of Economy Rafael Gevorgyan; British Ambassador to Armeni; German Deputy Ambassador and former Human Rights Defender Kristinne Grigoryan.
The Prime Minister’s wife toured the fashion market, got acquainted with the range of products produced by Armenian companies. Anna Hakobyan also attended the exhibition of collections of 8 young designers and the Teryan Cultural Center.
The Yerevan Fashion Week is the first of a kind in Armenia, during 6 days there will be shows of 22 designers’ collection. 25 major international media such as Vogue Italy, Wear UK, ELLE Italy, Marie Claire Arabia, Lemile Germany, FAULT Magazine, L’Officiel Italy, BURO, Jamalouki Magazine, Madame Figaro, White Milano came to cover the event. Among international guests are Adriano Battista, Giorgia Cantarini, Kristina Gligorovska, Jessica Baughni, Nicole Sai, Luca Rizzi, Masha Fedorova, Martin Roberts, Giulia Pacella, Milesolder and other international fashion and magazine celebrities.
The guests will have the opportunity to see the products of more than 60 Armenian brands in one place, participate in panel discussions and shows. Yerevan fashion days are being held at HayArt cultural center.
